By engaging the services of BladeMind AI Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not engage our services.
BladeMind AI Ltd designs, deploys, and manages custom AI voice and chat agents tailored to your business operations. The specific scope, deliverables, and service levels of each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between you and BladeMind AI Ltd.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, grant necessary access to systems and data required for deployment, and designate a point of contact for collaboration. You are responsible for the content and data you supply to train and operate your AI agents, and for ensuring you have the rights to use that data.
All custom AI agents, configurations, and proprietary tooling developed by BladeMind AI Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Content and data you provide remains your property. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve our methodologies.
Fees for our managed services are determined on a per-engagement basis and outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and late payment policies, are specified in that agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. We maintain enterprise-grade security controls and will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.
BladeMind AI Ltd provides services on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid under your service agreement in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with transition and, where applicable, securely return or delete your data in line with your agreement.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
